This is a secular day during the Feast of Unleavened Bread, this is NOT a Holy Day. However, there are requirements for this day: eating anything that has been fermented (ex: wine or vinegar) or anything that rises (ex: bread) is strictly forbidden. Reference: Exodus 12, 13 & Leviticus 23
